If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or services.
Front Porch DFW provides a free online directory and matching service that helps families find senior living communities in the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area. Our services include:
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Site and services. By using our Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
When you use our matching quiz or submit information through our forms, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account information. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.
Our matching quiz and directory services are provided free of charge to families and individuals searching for senior living options. We generate revenue through premium listing fees paid by senior living communities and through lead referral services. The free nature of our family-facing services may change in the future, but we will provide notice of any such changes.
Senior living communities may subscribe to our Premium listing tier for enhanced directory features. By subscribing to Premium:
Front Porch DFW may, at its sole discretion, offer qualified family leads to senior living communities. Lead referrals are not a guaranteed feature of any listing tier, including Premium. The availability, frequency, and selection of communities for lead referrals is determined entirely by Front Porch DFW based on family needs and community fit.
When a family expresses interest in senior living through our platform (via our matching quiz or contact form), Front Porch DFW may choose to offer that family's information to one or more senior living communities that appear to be a good match. Communities are under no obligation to accept a lead referral. A lead referral only occurs when all of the following conditions are met:
No lead information is shared until the community has agreed to receive it.
If a community accepts a lead referral offered by Front Porch DFW, the following fees apply:
Lead fees are charged only for leads that a community chooses to accept. A single family lead may be offered to a maximum of 3 communities. Communities are never charged for leads they did not agree to receive.
Front Porch DFW makes no guarantee that any community will be offered lead referrals, regardless of listing tier. Premium status does not entitle a community to any specific number of leads or priority in lead selection. Lead availability depends on family demand, geographic relevance, care type match, and Front Porch DFW's sole judgment. Communities on any listing tier, including free listings, may or may not be offered leads at Front Porch DFW's discretion.

When families complete our matching quiz or submit our contact form and provide their contact information, they consent to being contacted by matched senior living communities. Families may specify their preferred contact methods and boundaries, which we communicate to matched communities. Families may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us at [email protected].

Users may submit reviews and ratings of senior living communities. By submitting a review, you represent that your review is based on genuine personal experience, is truthful and accurate, and does not contain any content that is defamatory, harassing, or otherwise illegal. We reserve the right to remove any review that violates these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be inappropriate. We do not verify the accuracy of user reviews and are not liable for opinions expressed in reviews.
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of Front Porch DFW or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent.
No medical or care advice: Front Porch DFW is a directory and matching service only. We do not provide medical advice, healthcare assessments, or care recommendations. Our matching quiz is a tool to help narrow options and is not a substitute for professional care assessments. Always consult with healthcare professionals when making care decisions.
Community information: While we strive to maintain accurate and current information about listed communities, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any listing information, including pricing, availability, ratings, or services offered. We encourage you to verify all information directly with the community.
"As is" basis: Our Site and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Front Porch DFW shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or services, including but not limited to:
