Is there a cost to get listed?
Basic listings are free — your community name, address, phone, care type, and Google rating appear in our directory and quiz results at no cost. We also offer an enhanced listing with a verified badge, photos, video tours, and Calendly booking. After you submit the form, we'll send you a detailed breakdown so you can choose what's right for your community.
How quickly will my listing go live?
Most communities are live within 24–48 hours of submitting the form. We review each submission to ensure accuracy for families searching our directory.
How do leads work?
From time to time, we may offer you the opportunity to connect with a family that matches your community. Quiz match leads are $15 and contact form leads (where the family provided their name and phone number) are $35. You're never obligated to accept — and you're never charged unless you do. We share each lead with a maximum of 3 communities. Lead referrals are offered at our discretion based on family needs and community fit, and are not guaranteed with any listing tier.
What's the difference between a free listing and an enhanced listing?
Free listings include your basic information — name, address, phone, care type, and Google rating. Enhanced listings add a verified badge, professional photos, a video tour embed, a "Book a Tour" Calendly button, an extended description, and featured homepage placement. Enhanced listings help families get a much richer picture of your community before they call.
Can I update my listing after it's live?
Absolutely. You can update your listing anytime — photos, descriptions, amenities, contact info. Just reply to your welcome email or contact us at [email protected] and we'll update it within 24 hours.
